Jam Drops
Ingredients
- 125g Salted Butter or unsalted
- 110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 190g (1-1/4 cups) SR flour
- Plain flour to dust
- Your choice of Lambruk Sweet sauce
Method
Preheat over 180C and line baking trays with paper.
2. Use an electric beater to beat sugar, butter and vanilla until pale and creamy
3. Add the egg and beat until combined
4. Sift the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until combined
5. Lightly flour the trays and your hand and roll teaspoons of the mix with your hands. Place on trays 5sm apart.
6. Use the back of a spoon to make an indentation for the sauce in each ball. Use a 1/2 teaspoon of desired Lambruk sauce
7. Bake for 15 minutes
