Located in Mullumbimby NSW, the Lambruk Group is a family owned and operated business that has been offering quality services to clients for over 40 years. Our journey began with John and the Team at Lambruk Joiners and Cabinet Makers, who specialise in using bespoke and recycled timbers from local, certified mills to bring your dream renovations and forever homes to life!
Lambruk Pantry is our latest and most exciting expansion to the business, allowing you to purchase homemade Sauces and Chutneys to be enjoyed amongst loved ones in the heart of your home - the kitchen. The introduction of Lambruk Pantry demonstrates our love and support of the local community, offering a range of carefully curated and considered Hampers in collaboration with small businesses from Byron Bay and beyond.
The Lambruk Group services, and now products, continues to be welcomed into the hearts and homes of many local residents from our Byron Bay and beyond, and we can’t wait to share it with you, too!
The Creator
Meet Paige Brierley, the creative force behind Lambruk Pantry, began her culinary journey as a passionate home cook, now a thriving entrepreneur, driven by her love for cooking and preserving cherished family traditions. Her aversion to food additives led her to craft wholesome sauces, chutneys, and relishes, giving birth to Lambruk Pantry.
With a background in Events Management, Paige merged her culinary passion with professional expertise. A battle with Endometriosis in 2014 prompted a transformative shift, finding solace and gaining invaluable business insights in her father's workshop. In 2016, Paige's sweet tooth led to a revelation - a blend of creativity and culinary skills paying tribute to moments with her Nonna, Aunty, and Mother, who ignited her passion for cooking.
For Paige, family is everything, shaping Lambruk Pantry’s values. Since its 2020 launch, her journey has been a learning experience, bolstered by the support of celebrity chef, Phil Harte, who incorporated Lambruk Pantry products into his own creations. Paige's commitment to sourcing from regional farmers ensures Lambruk Pantry products are made from the freshest and highest-quality produce.
